By the Grace of the Living God,  Amen.

        The congregation of The FIELDS OF THE WOOD Church,  hereby dedicates  this "Memorial Web Page" to the memory of the church members in the name of Jesus Christ, this 3rd day of October, in the Year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine.

               The members named herein have repented of their sins, accepted Jesus Christ of Nazareth as their personal Saviour, been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, made a covenant with the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob and joined themselves to The FIELDS OF THE WOOD,   the church of God in the name of Jesus Christ.

                 LORD, we are gathered together here in the name of Jesus Christ.

                 Jesus said in St. John, the fourteenth chapter and the first verse:   "Let not your heart be troubled:  ye believe in God, believe also in me.  In my Father's house are many mansions:  if it were not so, I would have told you.  I go to prepare a place for you.  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself;  that where I am, there ye may be also." Jesus said unto Thomas, "I am the way, the truth, and the life:  no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."  Jesus said unto Martha, "I am the resurrection, and the life:  he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:  And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die."

                 Blessed be the name of the Lord.   Let us pray.

                  O LORD, you said whatsoever we ask in your name, that you will do (St. John 14:13,14).  LORD,  we ask in the name of Jesus Christ, that you cleanse these souls with your salvation.  We ask in the name of Jesus Christ, that you shield these souls with your righteousness.  We ask in the name of Jesus Christ, that you receive these souls with your love and mercy for evermore.   O LORD, we give you the glory and the praise in the name of Jesus Christ.   Amen.

                   In St John, the sixth chapter and the thirty-seventh verse, Jesus said unto them, "All that the Father giveth me shall come to me;  and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.  For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.  And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.  And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life:  and I will raise him up at the last day."

                  Unto God's gracious mercy and protection we commit these souls.  The Lord bless and keep them.  The Lord make his face to shine upon them and be gracious unto them.  The Lord lift up his countenance upon them, and give them peace, both now and evermore.  Amen.

                  May Almighty God, Father of mercies and giver of all comfort, through Jesus Christ our Lord, and the Holy Ghost, bless these souls, and keep them, now and for evermore.  Amen.
